IOLTA Prime Partners
Wyoming attorneys and law firms can help advance access to justice in Wyoming by establishing and maintaining their IOLTAs at financial institutions that commit to being Prime Partners.
Prime Partner financial institutions support access to justice by paying a prime rate on IOLTAs held at their institutions. Banking at a Prime Partner institution means that accrued interest is higher for annual grant making through the Wyoming Foundation for Civil Justice. Eligible nonprofit legal aid organizations (grantees) support access to justice for hundreds of low-income individuals in our state.
How do banks become prime partners for the Wyoming IOLTA program?
If you would like your financial institution to be included as a Prime Partner for the Wyoming IOLTA program, contact us.
In addition to the community value of serving the citizens of Wyoming, Prime Partners are listed on our website, promoted at the Wyoming State Bar Association conference and listed in Wyoming Lawyer Magazine.
